ISM- Summer Camp June 2015

The camp will be hosted by the World Class Professionals and we will be focusing on the following:

*Sports Specific Training.

*Cardio and weight floor orientation program.

*Flexibility and Balance Training. 

*Match training, group drills, individual sessions, etc

*Othe activities will be included like rock climbing, obstacle corse, Golf, Horse Riding, Treking, Cycling, Etc.

* Music classes, dance classes,  Cooking, photography, art& craft, nature trail, planting a tree, earth hours & Other activities will be part of the camp.

The ISM will be hosted at NDA, which is one of the best location for training and it has 10 squash courts, Golf course, Horse riding, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Tennis, etc. 

This meet is for the coaches, players & companies which want to sponsor the future star of Squash.

The training will be organised on the massive infrastructure for physical training.

The main attraction for the camp is to have elite squash training session by the professional along with the top players for all category of players. 

The venue is one of its kind as it is situated in a hilly area which has a lake on one side. Our camp will focus on sports training but We will be looking at hiking and other adventure as well. 

We will only be able to accommodate maximum 5 players from each city/institute/academy as we have limited seats. Kindly send the details of the player along with their profile and merits/results so that we can put it across to the committee for confirmation. 

The summer squash camp is between 20th June-1st July 2015 followed by a championship from 2-5 july.

There are different Batches for the camp. All level players are welcomed but The entry is limited and subject to availability.

All the companies and individuals who would like to sponsor a player are most welcome to do so. It will be great to have as many sponsors and this will be good for the development of squash.

Scholarship's

We will be providing scholarships "Need base" for the upcoming stars on the basis of their profile.

The camp will have the following options: 

1) 20th June-25th June 

2) 20th June- 22nd June 

3) 22nd June- 26th June. 

4) 25th June- 1st July.

5) 26th June- 28th June. 

6) 28th June- 1st July.

Who will teach? 

International Professional along with the best coaches of the country. Get squash training from the makers of National champions. 

The Indian top players will be training with the international professionals and they will give tips to the players during the sessions.

Few of the big names for the camp are:

•  Mr Dalip Tripathi who has produced National Champions regularly including Saurav Ghoshal, Ramit Tandon and many other national level squash players. He is one of the most experience coaches in India. 
•  Mr David Clegg From Australia and currently playing the International PSA Tour in USA. He is a lavel 3 Fitness trainer and level 2 squash Coach.
•  Mr Abhinav Sinha is the founder of Rnsa and currently playing the International PSA Tour. 
• Mr Rishad Pandole is a National champion in masters category & India top 8 in open category. He has also been playing the world masters and has a lot of experience as he has been playing squash for more than 3 decades. He is the only master player who is top 8 in the men's category in India. 

Daily schedule for the players?

The players will be staying inside NDA and will follow a tight schedule of training throughout the day. The day training will begin in the morning followed by other activities throughout the day and ending with a squash session and musical event. 

Typical day at the camp:

5.45 - Reporting

6 - 7 am - Horse Riding / other activities

7.30 - 9.00 - Squash Coaching Session .

9.30 am - Breakfast . 

10 - 12.30 - Free Time where you can swim or spend some time at the Golf Driving Range . 

1 - 2 pm - Lunch Time .

3- 5 -Tour of the campus .

5.30 - High tea

6-8 - Squash Session .

* The training will be intense and hard. Kindly be ready to work extra hard and put in 110%. 

We expect all the players to utilise their time as they will have the best people around to learn.

What arrangements do you have to make? 

All the arrangements are done by organisers however few of the basic arrangements to be done by the players for themselves.

Rolling Nicks Squash Academy

Introduction

The Rolling nicks Squash Academy (RNSA) is a dedicated facility for growing the sport from the ground level. We provide all of the necessary elements of long-term athlete development including top coaching, dedicated court time, world-class fitness/training facilities and therapy/rehab services. RNSA aims to develop sports awareness and provide better facility to learn and play through coaching, events, etc.

We shall put all our efforts, expertise and work tidily in the same direction and support you in achieving their Mission.

Our Mission The Rolling Nicks believe in providing the true skills of squash and sports activities with establishing a strong backbone of fitness and a true sportsman spirit to the next generation. Our Vision RNSA is looking to promote sports and get more players involved at competitive level so that they can grow and reach high level. We won't restrict our players to the local events but we would be sending them for nationals and international tournaments. We already have academies at various locations in Pune and more

are still to come up. Not only training players who are visiting our academy but we are keen in involving students from their very basic schooling in the sport.

Abhinav sinha reaches top 8 in the National Games 2015

Lawyer playing top level squash.

Abhinav sinha from pune makes Maharashtra proud by reaching the top 8 in the National games, Kerala in February 2015. 

Abhinav represented Maharashtra no 1 seed and made Maharashtra proud.

He has been among the top players in the country. Currently playing the International PSA circuit and ranked 304 in the world. 

It will be interesting to know Abhinav has been a great inspiration for the players in his city. He is the youngest squash player to open his own academy to promote squash. He launched Rolling Nicks at the age of 19. Yes he was only 19 year when he took a step towards to develop and promote squash. He launched new courts as well:

He has given studies equal priority and has finished his graduation from one of the top law colleges in India. 

He is an inspiration for the young generation. We hope we get more players like Abhinav who believe in their passion and follow it in the the right direction. 

Abhinav sinha's squash Diary

Abhinav was introduced to squash by his elder brother Mr Ambuj Sinha. Abhinav started playing squash at the age of 9 at Mayo Hall Club also known as Amitabh bacchhan Sports Complex. It all started from those two courts and in ayear he became district champion, followed by state champion in 2002.

he was taught by Vijay Singh at Mayo Hall during his early age. Later in 2002 Brig R K Manchanda saw him playing and introduced him to the Bishop Cotton School,  Simla in 2003. The head master Kabir Mustafi welcomed him to be part of the school and then after there were many other championships and medals won by him.

In 2006 he shifted base to Pune where he was guided by Mr Rohit Thawani and Mohanish Sawant for his further acheivements in squash. He played World Juniors and Asian Juniors in 2009.

Currently he is world rank 307 & been Pune rank 1 for since 2007.

He is one of the few players who has travelled the world to experience the squash culture in different parts of the world. 

It is inspiring to see that he has given equal priority to his studies as well. He is a graduate from one of the top law colleges of the country on merit basis. 

Lawyer pursuing squash is a good motivation for the others to choose their passion and follow their dream.
