Abhinav sinha's squash Diary

Abhinav was introduced to squash by his elder brother Mr Ambuj Sinha. Abhinav started playing squash at the age of 9 at Mayo Hall Club also known as Amitabh bacchhan Sports Complex. It all started from those two courts and in ayear he became district champion, followed by state champion in 2002.

he was taught by Vijay Singh at Mayo Hall during his early age. Later in 2002 Brig R K Manchanda saw him playing and introduced him to the Bishop Cotton School,  Simla in 2003. The head master Kabir Mustafi welcomed him to be part of the school and then after there were many other championships and medals won by him.

In 2006 he shifted base to Pune where he was guided by Mr Rohit Thawani and Mohanish Sawant for his further acheivements in squash. He played World Juniors and Asian Juniors in 2009.

Currently he is world rank 307 & been Pune rank 1 for since 2007.

He is one of the few players who has travelled the world to experience the squash culture in different parts of the world. 


It is inspiring to see that he has given equal priority to his studies as well. He is a graduate from one of the top law colleges of the country on merit basis. 


Lawyer pursuing squash is a good motivation for the others to choose their passion and follow their dream.

He has done his schooling from Bishop Cotton School, shimla (2003-2006)

Junior College from Ness Wadia College of Commerce (2006-2008) 


He is a law graduate from one of the top Law colleges of India ILS LAW COLLGE.(2008-2013)
